In recognition of Billy's work
and his belief that art enriches our lives
and the lives of everyone around us,
Billy's wife established this scholarship in 2024.

The
'Billy Mackay Fine Arts Award'

will be presented yearly to a graduating student
from McNally High School
pursuing post-secondary studies in visual arts.

  The recipient will demonstrate
excellent achievement and
sincere dedication to the visual arts, and
involvement in the arts community.
